Intern

I am an Intern at our Monroeville clinic who provides therapy services!

I am very interested in treating LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients or clients struggling with identity relating to gender and sexuality. In addition to this I am very interesting in anxiety disorders including obsessive compulsive disorder and other comorbid disorders. I would love to work with clients who are interested in learning more about themselves through verbal and nonverbal therapeutic techniques.

I am primarily an art therapist, using art to help express what words may not be able to. Art therapy integrates creative expression with therapeutic and counseling techniques to promote healing, insight, and growth. I find joy in helping others connect with their own innate creativity and making meaningful experiences to foster growth.

Art therapy is a modality focused on creative expressive without focusing on product based art. It is not about making “good” art but rather about finding insight during the process of making art. I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space in which the client can freely express themselves through words or visual art within their own pace.
