Jordan Seiler, LAPC

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

I am a clinician at our South Hills clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal client is someone — whether a child, adolescent, teen, or adult — who may be struggling with challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, phobia-related disorders, or difficult life transitions. What they all share is a desire for meaningful change and a willingness to engage in the hard work of personal growth. They may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, but they’re ready to show up and take steps toward becoming the best version of themselves. My ideal client is open to honest reflection, committed to the process, and motivated by the hope that things can get better — because they can.

My approach is grounded in a humanistic and trauma-focused lens, and I believe in honoring each person’s unique story, strengths, and capacity for change. In our work together, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and client-centered approaches. I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, integrating techniques that foster resilience, insight, and emotional well-being.

I know that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take this step. If you’re reading this, you’re already showing up for yourself in a powerful way — and I’m proud of you for that.

As a therapist, I bring warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand your unique story. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. At the same time, I will gently challenge you to grow, reflect, and move toward the best version of yourself.

I believe therapy is most effective when both therapist and client are fully present. I ask that you come to our work together with openness, honesty, and kindness — both toward yourself and the process. In return, I commit to walking alongside you with empathy, insight, and deep respect for your journey.
