Licensed Social Worker
I see children, teens, and young adults. My ideal client is someone who is ready to change, needs help taking the steps, and wants to reflect and grow; someone who wants to find agency in their life to make changes they need to live happier and more full-filled lives. I have experience working with individuals with different mental health needs, including trauma, addiction, grief and loss, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
I offer an empathetic and non-judgmental space for clients to find their own growth. I have experience in adventure-based practice with children and teens and know the importance of experiential learning. I am a person-centered clinician who uses a holistic approach with each client. I utilize mindfulness practices, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions to promote growth and healing. I have a certificate in CBT.
Life is hard, and I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to struggle and understand the importance of a supportive environment or relationship that helps you feel seen and worthy.
I am originally from Central Pennsylvania. I am an avid sports fan, board game enthusiast, and lover of outdoor adventures. I enjoy playing soccer & hockey, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family.
