As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), my ideal client is someone who is ready to engage in their mental health journey. They may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mood disorder and are looking for understanding and stability in their daily life and interpersonal relationships. Their goal is to achieve positive mental health outcomes that involve improvement in function at work or school, improve relationships, and feel empowered by regaining control of their lives and health.

As PMHNP, I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I work with individuals across the lifespan and offer support diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating life transitions. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle adjustments that are tailored to your unique needs.
