Hello, I am Jacob Cottage. I offer psychiatry services at our Fox Chapel clinic!

I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who sees patients with a wide variety of mood and behavioral concerns. I strive to provide a caring and patient-centered environment to collaborate on meeting your needs. Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to treat patients across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I look forward to partnering with you to improve your well-being and provide assistance in meeting your goals.

I have vast experience in treating adult and geriatric patient populations, including those suffering with mood and cognitive concerns. My skills also include diagnosing and treatment of various disorders including: mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. I enjoy providing medication education while partnering to meet your goals.
