I am a provider at our Wexford (Stonewood Drive) clinic who offers psychiatry services!

I very much enjoy working with motivated clients who wish to partner with me in improving health, overall functioning within family, social network and vocation and achieving the goals which will improve quality of life for them. I want to hear what clients want to accomplish in treatment. I value building long term relationships and am honored and humbled by the trust that generally occurs over time.

I am experienced in establishing accurate diagnoses, creating appropriate treatment plans and enlisting buy in from clients. Most people seem to find me easy to talk to and able to empathize with their unique life situations. I also have significant experience managing psychiatric medications and a good understanding of when to refer to more specialized treatment programs.

I am a married mother of two young adults and appreciate the challenges involved in rearing a family. I also believe that most individuals have the capacity to grow and challenge stereotypes that may arise in association with disabilities and mental health symptoms. It gives me joy to see such growth and also to see clients develop new belief in their own self worth.
