Sarah Fox, Psychologist

 Sarah Fox is a provider at our Robinson clinic who provides psychiatry services in-person and via telehealth. Sarah prioritizes creating an open, affirming, and collaborative space to allow clients to bring their whole selves into the room. She believes a warm and authentic therapeutic relationship is key in creating change in her client’s lives. Working from an integrated lens of interpersonal, psychodynamic, and multicultural approaches, Sarah focuses on working together with clients to help them achieve desired changes. She honors the client’s expertise on their own lives, and validates their inherent resiliency.

Sarah has experience in a variety of clinical settings including university counseling centers, private practice, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. Sarah works with adults and older adolescents on a variety of presenting concerns including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, search for meaning/purpose, self-esteem, relational concerns, family issues, anger management, communication struggles, and life transitions.

Sarah is a native to the Pittsburgh area. She graduated from New York University with a BS in Applied Psychology and earned her masters and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She completed her doctoral internship and the University of Pittsburgh’s Counseling Center. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking for friends and family, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
