Natalie Joseph, LPC

Natalie Joseph is a Licensed Professional Counselor at our Robinson clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. She specializes in providing therapy to adults, couples, families, and teens.  She has success working with a variety of people to cultivate their strengths and maximize their personal value.  Natalie has an eclectic healing approach rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices. Her approach also includes art therapy, music therapy and meditation.  Natalie’s aim is to assist people along their personal journey, to transform and heal.  She is skilled in helping others to see opportunities in what may feel like a hopeless situation: As Nelson Mandela wrote, “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

Natalie is available to help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, marital/relationship difficulties, and family challenges.  Her background includes clinical experience working in mental health agencies, psychiatric hospitals, community settings and family support programs.

Natalie’s genuine kind and compassionate manner allows for clients to have a safe place to express deep rooted issues. Her empathetic approach provides the road to solutions and healing from mental health issues and traumatic events. She has a creative ability to cultivate a fitting therapy style to help meet the needs of each individual that she works with. She does this by establishing an environment of acceptance devoted to helping clients develop a better concept of the ‘self’ and self-worth leading clients to success in overcoming their suffering.

Natalie earned her B.S. at Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, Indiana and her M.S. at Carlow University in Pittsburgh in Individual, Marriage and Family Therapy/ Couples Counseling.  Natalie has a passion for the creative arts, exercise and fitness, and Italian cooking.  She values her family, friends and pets.
